Preventative Maintenance Agreements:

The best way to prevent a breakdown is to have your system examined at on an annual basis.  Regularly scheduled tune–ups will keep your heating and air conditioning system running smoothly.  In addition, you will save money in repair costs and energy by extending the life of your system.  You also need to be aware that factory warranties are only honored with annual service.

Unique Heating & Cooling Systems, Inc. offers Preventative Maintenance Agreements.  During a preventative maintenance tune–up, we check the performance of all critical parts and look for things such as high amp draw on motors or high resistance on an igniter.  If something is out of the ordinary, we will advise you of what we feel should be done.

The most cost–effective way to properly maintain your system is to sign a service agreement with Unique Heating & Cooling Systems, Inc.  On average, a service agreement saves you 15% over placing a call for service.
